Welcome to our holiday apartment! To ensure that your stay is pleasant and that the next guests can also enjoy a good time, we ask you to observe the following rules:
🕒 Check-in & Check-out
✔ Check-in: from 3:00 pm
✔ Check-out: until 11:00 am
🔹 Please leave the apartment swept clean and dispose of the rubbish according to the instructions.
🚭 Smoking
🚭 Smoking is not allowed in the apartment!
🔹 If you wish to smoke, please use the balcony or outdoor area (if available).
🐾 Pets
🐶 Pets are only allowed after prior arrangement.
🔹 If you are travelling with pets, please ensure that they do not step on furniture and that any traces left behind are removed.
🔊 Quiet times & neighborhood
🔇 Please respect the rest periods:
✔ Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
✔ Lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
🔹 Parties or loud music are not allowed.
🧼 Cleanliness & care of the apartment
✔ Please leave the apartment clean – we will take care of the final cleaning, but not of any major dirt.
✔ Please clean dishes and kitchen utensils before departure.
✔ Waste disposal according to the applicable recycling guidelines.
🔥 Security
✔ Please turn off electrical appliances and lights when you leave the apartment.
✔ Lock windows and doors when no one is in the apartment.
🔑 Keys & Lost
✔ The key must not be passed on to third parties.
✔ Loss of the key will be charged with the actual replacement cost.
📶 Wi-Fi & Internet usage
✔ The WiFi can be used free of charge.
✔ Illegal activities (e.g. file sharing) are prohibited!
